Keenan L McBride is Owner and Founder of Success Strategy Training and Development, LLC consulting firm and creator of Virx-Leonatus Culture lifestyle brand. He is a 20+ year Learning and Development leader holding a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certification through Training Industry Inc., Certified Virtual Facilitator (CVF) through Inifac, and Professional Image Consultant Certification through the International Association of Professional Occupations (IAPO). Keenan is a published author with the Virx-Leonatus Culture leadership book, “The Codex”, the “Lennox Lee Teaches Me” children’s book series on Amazon and a leader-focused LinkedIn newsletter, "The Leader's Image in Action" among several articles for established and reputable agencies. In his career, Keenan has worked for 30+ years in various industries through employment and consultation holding leadership roles at multiple manufacturers. Specializing in Leadership Development, he has built and delivered customized curriculum for leaders at all levels. He has also worked extensively with the State Technical College System. He is a lover of art, wines, live music, and performance art. As an artist himself, he is a definite "creative" personality who believes in bringing enjoyment to others through charm and charisma. He believes in projecting confidence and self-respect through dress and positive engagement.
