Keenan L McBride is the Owner and Founder of Success Strategy Training and Development, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, and the creator of the Virx-Leonatus Culture lifestyle brand. With over 20 years of experience as a Learning and Development leader, he holds a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certification from Training Industry Inc., a Certified Virtual Facilitator (CVF) credential from Inifac, and a Professional Image Consultant Certification from the International Association of Professional Occupations (IAPO). Keenan is also a published author, known for his leadership book, 'The Codex', the 'Lennox Lee Teaches Me' children’s book series available on Amazon, and a leader-focused LinkedIn newsletter, 'The Leader's Image in Action', along with several articles for established and reputable agencies. Throughout his 30+ year career in various industries, he has held leadership roles at multiple manufacturing companies and has developed customized curriculum focused on leadership development for leaders at all levels. He has also collaborated extensively with the State Technical College System. An enthusiast of art, wines, live music, and performance art, Keenan embodies a creative personality and believes in enhancing enjoyment for others through charm and charisma. He is passionate about projecting confidence and self-respect through dress and positive engagement, aligning with his expertise in professional image consulting.
